East Gill, Keld
East Gill, a favorite for the Yorkshire Dales photo galleries. This is a beautiful and peaceful waterfall a short walk from Keld in the Yorkshire dales, looking her best here surrounded by autumn leaves. It’s almost a magical setting and not surprisingly is a popular picnic spot. The stream from here shortly joins the River Swale at the point where the Pennine way and the Coast to Coast walk intersect. The Kisdon Gorge becomes more apparent as the river flows towards Muker not before crashing over the magnificent Kisdon Force.
