Waves over the Slipway
A long exposure from Saltburn by the sea as the waves crash against the sea wall and slipway. The escaping water running off the sandstone floor creates a ghostly mist , which continues out into the North Sea. The Saltburn Pier is the the last remaining in Yorkshire and dates back to the 1800s. Today it is one of the most popular destinations in Yorkshire attracting tourism from all over the world who marvel at this iconic Victorian structure.
