Robin Hoods Bay panoramic
A beautiful autumn morning at Robin Hoods Bay. Having set my alarm i headed off to RHB for sunrise. Having a quick look about; i decide the best shot was from here; just of The Cleveland Way. Robin Hoods Bay has to be one of my favorite destinations and one of the most popular places in Yorkshire for photography and painting. The village is much like Runswick Bay and Staithes to the North; with its sandstone cottages huddled together in the hillside. A charming and welcoming destination on the Yorkshire Coast; Robin Hoods Bay has a rich heritage and is reputed to have had the busiest smuggling community on the North Yorkshire Coast; with even the cottages linked by under ground tunnels.
